To ensure all teachers, administrators, and paraprofessionals develop, maintain, and/or increase their capacity to serve as high-quality instructional leaders at all levels; and to ensure all support faculty and staff develop, maintain, and/or increase their capacity to efficiently and effectively support the teaching and learning process, as well as perform other operational tasks, the District will offer a series of targeted, job-embedded professional development opportunities.
Not all professional development opportunities will be open to all certificated and classified faculty and staff. Most opportunities are targeted toward a specific classification or job assignment. We do ask that you let us know in advance if you are planning to attend so that we can have the appropriate materials available. Please refer to the “Professional Development Calendar” on Google Calendar for a list of upcoming trainings and target audience.
